I woke Wednesday morning feeling great, and as the day wore on I felt progressively worse. It wasn’t a “getting sick” type of feeling, but instead, I found myself developing symptoms of a crazy cold. My nose started to run, I was feeling really tired, and started to get achy. I was able to stay productive, but as I write this at 8:45, I’m ready for bed.
So, I’m going to take care of me, and do my reflection from my bed, with a good book. While I might also title this post “Easy Way Out” I’ve learned that if I’m going to be the best I can be, I have to work to take care of myself.
